My Professional Objective
I pledge to represent every buyer and seller with honesty and integrity from listing to sale to purchase. I will always bring an inclusive approach to the successful completion of your real estate experience.
Integrity
People trust me with their single largest asset. It's a responsibility I take very seriously. I like "doing the right thing" and giving 110% because I know your success will ultimately bring my success.
Commitment
Being a Realtor® means more than selling homes. It's about people, families, and their dreams. It's about relationships based on trust, knowledge and expertise. My clients know that I will go that extra mile. I'm in the business of "exceeding expectations".
Customer Service
It's all about personalized service - giving you more, doing more than you expect. Working effectively to meet and exceed your individual needs. My focus is on your complete satisfaction. I want you to tell your friends and associates about me. Maybe that's why over 70% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
My Background
In 2002, I made the decision to begin a new career in the real estate industry. I wanted to apply my skills and knowledge to assist my clients in obtaining the home they desire. That decision has been the best one I've ever made. I love meeting people and helping them achieve their dreams; I take care of all the details for you and make the process a smooth one.
In 2007, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Closing. I sold my personal home of 10 years and the gentleman who purchased my home happened to be single! We began dating the day we closed on my home, well … I guess his home (smile). I moved to my new home, which had taken me 7 months to build. In October, we were married and I moved back to my home, or I guess, his home! It was quite an eventful year! And, yes, in 2007, we sold each of our homes and purchased OUR home.
I look forward to the opportunity to earn your business in 2008! - Joan
